Select Your Care Pathway

Colorado Medicaid offers different waivers for different family dynamics. Choose the program below that matches your relationship to your loved one.

Adult In-Home Support (IHSS)

The gold standard for family care. Allows you to perform skilled medical tasks (like wound care or bowel programs) for a spouse or parent under Nurse Delegation.

Pediatric Family Care

Specialized support for children on the CHRP and CES waivers. We train parents to provide “Extraordinary Care” for complex medical and behavioral needs.

Community First Choice (CFC)

The gold standard for family care. Allows you to perform skilled medical tasks (like wound care or bowel programs) for a spouse or parent under Nurse Delegation.

The “Menu of Care” (What We Pay For)

What kind of work is actually billable? It falls into three categories.

A Partner for Case Managers

If you support families who are stretched thin on low wages, CFC offers a new option.
